Dhiyanesh gave a talk on "Karl Marx" in the inaugural day of the Socio13's "Talks on Life History and Contributions of Sociologists" series. This talk program was held at the Lawrence Sundaram Auditorium of Loyola College. Professor Gauthaman of the Department of Sociology, Loyola College made his presence in the memorable occasion. Dhiyanesh, in his seminar, spoke about the relevance of Marx's ideas and major misconceptions about him. He also substantiated the notions "Marx - A Revolutionist" and "Marx - A Sociologist".
